I walk these well worn tracks as often as I can.... they are all within a short walk from my house and take me away from a large housing estate, busy roads, with workshops and factory's. The differance in views and noise levels is a joy... long may these green oases in our towns survive the bulldozers of the future.

I agree. I would love to walk these paths as well. Thank you for the kind comments on my header photo. It was truly a run outside, point and click photo...beginner's luck I suppose. I know it's not really a contest and will clarify that it is for fun. I have the topic for next week, when do I reveal it?
Tom: What a wonderful place to go into the contry. I like that one going into the wooded area the best.
Hear, hear to that Tom.Long may the paths of old survive and give respite from hum drum existence for generations to come.
Tom, my Watery Wednesday post has a little poem in it.
Tom, thank you for your kind comments. Everything on my blog is my own work except where otherwise accredited. My blog is a place for me to be just me.
Photos, writings and slowly re-emerging art work.
They are great. I like the view in the 2nd one.
