Dandelion or 'Wet The Beds'

The dandelions name is a derivation of Old French, 'dent-de-lion' which means "lion's tooth" on account of the sharply lobed leaves the plant as. In modern French the plant is called pissenlit, "urinate in bed", referring to its diuretic properties. In England some know it as "Pissabeds" or 'Wet The Bed'

I like dandelions, even though most here consider them weeds. And I prefer the NAME "dandelion" also! I would not want to call them "wet the bed," at all! LOL!
Thanks for the education, I didn't know what dandelion meant until now...
