Hmmm. I wonder why the third one has fallen into disrepair.
We had one on a country road near us and every time we passed it my husband would remark about what a shame it was. I was sooo relieved when a family finally moved in and we could pass the house without my husband saying something about it. :) Yep, I'm kidding. The house does look a lot better now that someone is taking care of it, though.

I agree that the last one ought to look like the magnificent first ones, but perhaps someone will see "the light"?
