Last Moon Of 2009

I watched tonights moon rise over the rooftops and just had to get the camera into action.... tonight is very clear but boy is it cold... ha!

As I was mooning watching two strange lights flying in perfect formation came into view.... at this time of year we get a lot of these... folks phone the police to report UFO's... others like myself admire them for what they are.... chinese lanterns
Have a happy, safe New Years Eve and may you have a happy healthy wealthy 2010.

You had me scared for a minute. So they are Chinese lanterns? ha

We in Israel saw the partial eclipse too!

Hi Tom, I have been a very erratic blogger for a while and hopefully will get my spark back. How do you do those moon shots - mine are always blurry? Wishing you and Jane all the best for the coming year and Suzi-k also sends her love.

So glad you caught these beautiful shots of the blue moon. It was unfortunately cloudy on our side of the globe.

You done good with your new moon photos! I jsut wanted to wish you a happy 2010 now that the year has arrived. This is PERBS from my bench blog but I was too lazy to change names before I stopped by. Thus, you will get the link to my new blog under Paulie instead but I am still doing my benches under PERBS for awhile yet.

I too have been a bit busier than normal and hope 2010 calms down a bit so I can blog more. I'm missing my blogging friends terribly.
