Hi Tom,
Hope you're well soon!
God bless!

Hi Dimple
I am fine, I just feel like my head is full of cotton wool.... ;o)

Tom, you worry me. I know all too well what it is to be hobbled by a heart condition.
I do hope you can regain your vitality and go on your lovely woodland walks...they do more to regenerate the soul than all the medicines combined. OOps, forgot, you probably would like to regenerate the body but that happens naturally when the soul is singing the body follows suit.

My blood pressure is up and down at the moment.... I have had it drop right down a year or two back which hospitalised me for a while.... my main problems at the moment are arrhythmia, and the odd chest pains.. which do go away after taking my spray... When my arrhythmia is like it is now I find it very hard getting about... that means staying in doors and that makes me depressed..

I was thinking of coming over and photographing you - ol boy - out and about for "Movement" now you have ruined my chances by being housebound.
(only joking my friend,) get well soon, hope you pickup and get the shield this week.:)

Tom, I hope time and rest are re-charing your batteries. The manual didn't tell us what to expect when we passed 50! I wonder how many of us feel like our minds and bodies do not synchronize. In my mind I'm still 21 (he he). Seriously Tom, I hope you feel better as the days go by.
